Master Gardeners partnered with Baker County’s third grade teachers and
students to work on something of lasting importance, a memory garden honoring two young Baker County students, 9-year-old Kierra
Crumbley and 13-year-old Kursty Thomas, who were killed in a tornado in early 2007.

Southwest Georgia Master Gardeners installed and is maintaining a garden in front of the Creekside Education
Building at The Parks at Chehaw.

whose mission is "to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character
development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf". |
